Sometimes paired with Burgundy and other times separated for its different grape variety, Gamay, Beaujolais brings numerous villages their own singularity. More fruity and more lively in their youth, the old Beaujolais settle down with time. Some are raw and others like morgon or saint-amour more serious and deep.
