Red Burgundy - 2007
Meteorological data: early flowering after an exceptionally hot April, balanced out by a mild summer.

Quality: Slightly uneven ripening.
Overall quality of the vintage: clear and diluted colour, good.
White Burgundy - 2007
Overall quality of the vintage: the whites are unaffected by the weather conditions and are of better quality than the reds. With anything but classic weather conditions, 2007, it was a headache for winegrowers. A cold beginning of July, an average August but, fortunately, a very fine September. As in 2008, the wines present excellent balance, with well-rounded whites and very pure, delicious reds to be drunk on the fruit, a fresh vintage that feels more classic in the glass than on the vine.
