SAINT-JOSEPH

Extending over 26 communes and more than 900 hectares, Saint-Joseph is one of the largest appellations of the Rhone, its vines grown on terraces along the banks of the Rhone. With their subtle mixture of southern and continental influences, the reds are fresh and fruity, making the most of the Syrah grape, and are excellent in their youth. The region also produces some white wines from Marsanne and Roussane, powerful wines with floral aromas that develop as they age.
