PREMIERES COTES DE BLAYE

Its vineyards are located on the right bank, along the Gironde estuary. It is the northernmost AOC in Bordeaux. The terroir produces both reds, robust and structured, as well as dry, fat whites. Its terroir is very varied. In 2009, the AOC changed its name to Blaye-Cote-de-Bordeaux to incorporate the world-famous name of Bordeaux.
