PESSAC-LEOGNAN

Located in the Graves, the Pessac-Léognan appellation was created in 1987 with the aim of raising quality. The yield is lower than in the neighbouring villages but the density of planting is greater. The appellation produces all the Grands Crus Graves, including the famous Haut-Brion. The reds have a very nice balance and notes of red fruit, the whites are very fresh and beautifully rich.
